Entries are non-refundable. You are paying for a public listing and a digital note, both of which are delivered the moment your payment clears. Nothing physical exists, no cause is funded, and nobody is helped. Emailing this address will not reverse a payment.
If you believe a payment was made without your permission, contact your card issuer — they can act, and we cannot.
What this address is for
- · A note that was paid for but never appeared on the wall.
- · Removing a message or a name you no longer want public.
- · Reporting a listing that impersonates you.
- · Losing access to the account holding your notes.
- · Press, and anything legal.
Before you write
If a note is missing, check your account first — every note bought with your email is listed there. If you paid without signing in, the emailed link still works, and recovery will resend it.
Including your serial number (NF-000000) makes any request far quicker to answer.
