These terms cover NowFlex, at nowflex.lol. Using the site or paying for a listing means you accept them.
What you are buying
A listing on a public wall, a permanent page at a personal address, a generated digital note, and an embeddable badge. Everything is delivered instantly and automatically when your payment settles.
What you are not buying
This is not a charity, a donation, a fundraiser, or an investment. No cause is funded. No beneficiary receives any money. Nobody is helped. Nothing physical is shipped to you. You receive no financial return, token, share, or asset of any kind. The product is entertainment.
Not a gift card or stored value
A note is not a gift card, voucher, coupon, credit, stored value, prepaid instrument, security, or currency of any kind. It carries no monetary value and no balance. It cannot be spent, redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, or used as payment here or anywhere else, and it cannot be transferred or sold to another person. The note itself states that it is legal tender for nothing, and that is meant literally. What you are buying is a status symbol: a public listing and a picture of a banknote that has never existed before.
Refunds
All sales are final. Entries are non-refundable digital goods, delivered immediately and in full the moment your payment settles. Because delivery is instant and the listing is permanent, there is no cancellation window and no partial refund. Before paying you tick a box confirming you understand what is and is not delivered, and that confirmation is stored with a timestamp against your transaction.
Your message
We may hide any message at our sole discretion and keep the payment. A hidden message does not affect your listing, your rank, your flag, or your note, all of which stay live. If your message is hidden we email you an invitation to rewrite it.
What we will hide
Slurs and dehumanising language aimed at a group. Threats. Sexual content. Personal details of anyone other than yourself. Advertising of any product, token, or service. Impersonation of a real person or organisation.
What we will not hide
Bragging. Swearing. Jokes. Nationalism and country rivalry. Insults aimed at this website or the person who built it. You paid for a place to say something, and censoring criticism of us would be the one thing that made this dishonest.
Names and links
You may not use a name that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to look like part of this site. A linked profile is a username on a listed platform, never an arbitrary address, and links carry no search value.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed, the entry is delisted from the ranking and from national totals and its message is hidden. The record is kept for accounting.
Your account
Buying requires an account, because a note is permanent and non-refundable and has to belong to somebody. You choose a username when you first buy; it is public, unique, and permanent, and it cannot be changed afterwards. The name printed on each note is separate and can be whatever you like, differently on every note. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: anyone with access to your account can edit your listings. Closing your account does not remove notes you have already paid for, since the wall is the product and removing rows would alter everyone else’s ranking.
Permanence
Entries are intended to be permanent and nothing is deleted in the ordinary course. We keep nightly backups. That said, this is a website run by one person: it is not a legal guarantee that the site will exist forever, and you should not buy on the assumption that it will.
Payment
Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. They collect and hold your card details, billing address, and email. We never see them. Your relationship for payment and tax purposes is with Polar.
Who runs this
NowFlex is operated by one person as an individual, not a company. For anything at all, including a deletion request or a complaint about a hidden message, write to support@nowflex.lol.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top is when they last did. Changes are not applied retroactively to entries already bought.
